This midcentury residential house, overlooking the Bakoven bay was in desperate need for a refresh. The house was already in posession of a functional layout with some beautiful brick features. These strenths were strategically exploited to open the house to the view. This created a seamless connection between outside and inside. A paired back palette of materials were utilized to create classic interiors and fresh new look for the existing house.
