VILLA JULIANNE
This midcentury residential house, overlooking the Bakoven Bay was in desperate need of a refresh. The house was already in possession of a functional layout with some beautiful brick features. These strengths were strategically exploited to open the house to the view.
This created a seamless connection between the outside and inside. A paired back palette of materials was utilized to create classic interiors and a fresh new look for the existing house.
