ILKLEY
Ilkley was the first project completed for the property developer Kluk CGDT. Two overlapping grids were used to accommodate the program on a complicated octagonal-shaped site. Despite it being in the busy heart of the Atlantic Seaboard, the residents have complete privacy from the neighbours. This is due to the solid balustrades that allow views of the ocean while blocking out the surrounding roofscape.
